Moves With Care understand the importance of your support network of friends and relatives and will endeavour to inform them of your new address and telephone number.
Finally, if you wish, we can arrange on-going or occasional visits from a Moves With Care member of staff to ensure you are safe and comfortable in your new home.
Checklist

- Unpack the boxes and put things away.
- Ensure medication and other essentials are to hand.
